When will curbside be available?
Curbside pickup at Coolray Field, will be available on orders placed on or after Monday, July 6, 2020.
How will I know my order is ready for pickup?
Once the order has been processed we will send an email to the customer with instructions on when and how to pick you the order. Please do not come to the stadium to pick up your order without an email with your time and date to pickup the order.
How long do I have to pickup my order?
All orders must be picked up within 10 business days of your order being ready for pick up. If the order is not picked up within 10 business days, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Are all items available for pick up?
Some Atlanta Braves items on our website are not available for pick up and will need to be shipped.
If you chose an item that is not available for pickup, we will invoice you for the shipping fee, $8.50. We will not ship the order until the invoice is paid. You will have 10 business days to pay the shipping invoice or your order will be canceled and refunded.
When will my order be available for pick up?
Some orders may take up to 10 business days to process and be ready for pickup.
Please keep in mind that our offices are closed, and we are not at the stadium every day. We will do our best to process these orders in a timely manner, but due to high demand of our items, we are asking our customers to allow for an extra 5 business day on top of our normal processing policy.
How does curbside pickup work?
Order and receive 'Your Order is Ready' email. Pull up to the stadium and call us. We'll bring your order to you.
1. Shop online.
Add your favorite Stripers items to your cart and choose "Curbside Pickup" as your shipping method.
2. Check Your Email
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to pick up your order.
3. Drive Up
Drive up and call. Roll down your passenger or back window and we will place your order in your vehicle.
