    How will I know my order is ready for pickup?

    Once the order has been processed we will send an email to the customer with instructions on when and how to pick you the order. Please do not come to the stadium to pick up your order without an email with your time and date to pickup the order. 

    How do I confirm my pickup time?

    Once you receive an email with available dates to pick up your order, simply email us back with the date and time you can stop by. We are not in the office daily and we need to know in advance when you are coming to pick up your order, to ensure that we are in the store. We will reply back to confirm we received your email, once you send us the date and time you are picking up. 


    How long do I have to pickup my order?

    We will hold all orders until you pick them up, we would prefer if they could be picked up within 10 business days, if possible. 

    Are all items available for pick up?

    Some Atlanta Braves items on our website are not available for pick up and will need to be shipped.

    If you chose an item that is not available for pickup, we will invoice you for the shipping fee, $8.50. We will not ship the order until the invoice is paid. 

    When will my order be available for pick up?

    We will do our best to have orders processed and ready in a timely manner. However, some orders may take up to 10 business days to process and be ready for pickup.

    Please keep in mind that our offices are closed, and we are not at the stadium every day. We will do our best to process these orders in a timely manner, but due to high demand of our items, we are asking our customers to allow for an extra 5 business day on top of our normal processing policy. 

    What days can I pick up my order?

    Once your order is processed we will email you our availability for the week, please reply back to the email with the day and time you plan to come pick up your order. However, curbside pickup will only be available during business hours Monday-Friday. 

    As of October 12, the only times you can pick up curbside orders are during store hours. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am- 1pm. 

    How does curbside pickup work?

    Order and receive 'Your Order is Ready' email. Pull up to the stadium and call us. We'll bring your order to you. 

    1. Shop online. 

    Add your favorite Stripers items to your cart and choose "Curbside Pickup" as your shipping method.  

    2. Check Your Email

    Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to pick up your order. 

    3. Drive Up

    Drive up and call. Roll down your passenger or back window and we will place your order in your vehicle.
