During this time all orders will be delayed. We will do our best to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. We are asking that our customers allow for an extra 5 business days on top of our normal processing policy of 3-5 business days. Please be patient as some orders may take up to 10 business day to ship.
In store returns and/or exchanges will be available with a receipt and with all tags on the item(s) during store hours. Purchases made online must be shipped back to the store with in 30 days of delivery. Please keep in mind that all clearance items, bundles, and mystery boxes are final sale and are NOT eligible for a return or exchange.
The Gwinnett Stripers are not responsible for delays caused by USPS. We recommend placing orders well in advance of the time you need the order in hand. Some orders are taking up to 14 business days to be delivered once they leave our stadium. Due to COVID-19 USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to process orders placed through our store in a timely manner.
