Our offices closed on March 13, 2020 due to COVID-19 and will continue to be closed until further notice. While our offices are closed the retail store will continue to run virtually.
During this time all orders will be delayed. We will do our best to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. We are asking that our customers allow for an extra 5 business days on top of our normal processing policy of 3-5 business days. Please be patient as some orders may take up to 10 business day to ship.
In store returns and/or exchanges will be available with a receipt and with all tags on the item(s) once the stadium reopens. We will accept all returns or exchanges for 30 days after we reopen for any in store purchases that were made between February 10- March 12, 2020. Purchases made online must be shipped back to the store with in 30 days of delivery, unless you have prior approval from the Gwinnett Stripers to do a return or exchange in store once we reopen. Please keep in mind that all clearance items and bundles are final sale and are NOT eligible for a return or exchange.
